Autoseal Equipment
Autoseal machines employ pressure sealing technology. At FORMost, we offer the complete range of Autoseal equipment to meet your mailing and document processing needs. We have a model to fit every post-processing capacity requirement, from 9,000 forms per hour up to 30,000 per hour. Our line of Autoseal machines -Autoseal FD 2030, Autoseal FD 2052, Autoseal FD 2090, and the Autoseal FD 2090-Plus-are pressure-activated self-mailing solutions, many of which require no operator training.

Autoseal FD 1500: This desktop folder/sealer offers plenty of capacity at a great price. Drop-in feed system allows for quick setup. The FD 1500 is the answer for low volume mailings, up to 5,000 forms per hour, for 11" depth documents.

Autoseal FD 2090: The high performance FD 2090 utilizes pressure seal technology for increased efficiency and ease of operation. A bottom feed air process allows for continuous loading and processing of documents at speeds up to 30,000 pieces per hour. The 2090 will process C,V,Z, eccentric and custom folds. These features make the FD 2090 the most powerful and efficient solution for automating and processing one-piece pressure seal mailers.

Autoseal FD 2090 PLUS: The FD 2090-Plus high performance folder/sealer combines a high capacity in-feed and out-feed system to offer the ultimate one-piece mailer solution. The in-feed system allows for a maximum of 1,200 forms to be loaded at one time for continuous non-stop operation. Likewise, up to 1,200 forms can accumulate on the high capacity 4' conveyor.
