Filing tax forms 1098, 1099, W-2, ACA and many more has never been easier! With our on-line filing service, we electronically file your year-end tax forms with the IRS and/or SSA and deliver your recipient copies. It’s simple, fast and your filing history is available on-line for up to four years. Our on-line filing service is convenient and economical while guaranteeing that your data is filed timely with the IRS or SSA offices. And, you won’t need a 1096 or W-3 because summary data is built into the electronic filing process!

Step 1: How It Works

Go to our secure website: https://formostgc.efile1.com and create a free account.

Step 2: Enter Your Data

Once you have your account, the E-file process is quick and easy! Simply upload your information from QuickBooks, Excel or CSV files. Payers, recipients, and filing information can also be directly entered through easy-to-use online data entry forms. Tips:

If using QuickBooks, use our QuickBooks Import for vendor payments and payroll processing.
Or, if you don’t use QuickBooks, upload your Excel or CVS files.
Or, if you have just a few filings to complete, you can manually enter your data.

Step 3: Electronic Filing

During tax filing season, we electronically file to the IRS and SSA daily. You will receive an email notification once the agency has accepted your filings.

Step 4: Form Delivery

Next, we E-deliver, or print and mail your recipient copies if you selected the E-File & Delivery filing option during the checkout process. Recipient copies are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service. PDF versions of the forms, other than “Copy A,” are always available on-line for you to download.

Communication:

End-of-year tax reporting is a time-sensitive process so we like to keep you, our customer, updated every step of the way. We send email notifications for:

Confirmation of account set-up
When payment is made
When the IRS and/or SSA accepts filings
When recipient copies have mailed
Recipients are notified when filing occurs and when the IRS and/or SSA accepts if an email address was provided
